Order Confirmation & Processing
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified.
Once payment is confirmed, we proceed with gemstone allocation, certification (if requested), and shipping preparation.
Processing times may vary depending on certification requirements and destination.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
Prices listed do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties imposed by their country of residence.
We comply fully with export regulations of Sri Lanka and import regulations of Australia and destination countries.
Payment Security
We take payment security seriously:
All transactions are handled through secure banking channels or approved payment platforms.
We do not store credit card or sensitive banking information on our website.
Customer payment details are treated with strict confidentiality.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment and subject to review.
Custom orders, certified gemstones, or stones sourced specifically on request may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method, excluding bank or transaction fees.
