  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge.

  • Due to natural variations, gemstones may differ slightly in color, size, or appearance from images shown.

  • Measurements and weights are approximate unless certified.

4. Certification & Authenticity

  • Every gemstone is supplied with a recognized gemological certificate confirming authenticity.

  • Certificates may be issued by NGJA or internationally recognized laboratories such as GIA, GRS, IGI, upon request.

  • Certification details are final and form part of the purchase agreement.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and import fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment must be received before order processing and shipment.

  • Bank charges and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or compliance concerns.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be modified without our approval.

  • We ship internationally using secure and reputable courier services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, destination regulations, or unforeseen delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of gemstones, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

  • Custom orders, certified stones, or special requests are generally non-refundable.

  • Any approved refunds will exclude transaction, certification, or shipping fees.
