4.1. Upon approval of the returned gemstone, any charges incurred for verification, including but not limited to, gemologist fees, government fees, and shipping fees, will be deducted from the original payment.

4.2. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment within 60 business days.

**5. Exchanges**

5.1. Should you prefer to exchange your gemstone for another item, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team.

5.2. Exchange requests are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

**6. Buyer Responsibilities**

6.1. The buyer is responsible for returning the gemstone to the correct address provided by our team. Double H WhiteLeaf will not be held liable for returns sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Any such instances will not warrant a refund.
